A tall boot in soft suede

A boot that runs to just below the knee, cut wide enough to fall in soft folds around the calf rather than gripping it. The toe is sharply pointed and the heel is a slim stiletto. Made for evening wear and for dry days in town.

Napped suede finish, matte rather than shiny. It is what separates this boot from the patent boots most of the market sells.
Glued construction. The maker fixes this upper by sticking rather than stitching.
Pull on. There is no zip on either side of the shaft, checked on the maker's own photographs.
No elastic panel. The shaft does not stretch. Between two lengths, size up.
Not a waterproof boot. The maker's specification says so, so keep it for dry days.
Eight Australian sizes, one colourway. AU 5.5 to AU 9.5.

Fabric and care

Brush with a suede brush and keep them out of the rain. Do not machine wash. Dry them away from direct heat and stand them upright.
