Cowgirl Boots: a western shaft on a square heel, sized by foot length

Sized from the foot length the maker publishes in centimetres, not from a printed number.

Square heel. Wide and flat underfoot, which grass and gravel forgive.
Western shaft. Cut in the cowboy line, up the calf.
Sized in centimetres. AU 5.5 is 22.5 cm of foot and AU 8.5 is 25.0 cm. The range stops there.
