My tracking has not moved
A new tracking number can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan. Updates can also pause for several days while your parcel travels between sorting facilities. This is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 to 12 business days of dispatch, email info@harper-australia.com with your order number and we will trace it.
I did not get my shipping email
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, email info@harper-australia.com with your name and order number and we will send you your tracking number.
Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery to Australian addresses takes 10 to 12 business days from dispatch. Shipping is free on orders over $100 AUD. Full details are in our Shipping policy.
