Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

Delivery timeframe

Standard delivery to Australian addresses takes 10 to 12 business days from dispatch.

During periods of high demand, or when parcels transit between sorting facilities, delivery may take slightly longer. Tracking information can also take several days to update between scans. This is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD. Below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking your order

Every order is dispatched with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time at harper-australia.com/pages/track-your-order, or by using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Some parcels are handed over to a local carrier for final delivery, which may generate a second tracking number. Both are visible on our tracking page.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
