A tall boot on a wedge

A boot that runs straight up to just below the knee and sits close to the leg the whole way, with no buckle and no strap. Underneath, the sole is a solid wedge rather than a separate heel, so the rise from toe to heel is one continuous line. Cut for the weekend and for walking on soft ground.
